Here are some foods and drinks that are beneficial to consume during the summer season in Pakistan: 

Foods: 

1. Watermelon (تربوز) - rich in water content and electrolytes. 
2. Cucumber (کھیرا) - hydrating and cooling. 
3. Yogurt (دہی) - helps maintain digestive health. 


4. Mango (آم) - rich in vitamins and minerals.
